In 1968, Rodger Dudding bought an almost-new Jensen FF.
He had no idea that he would still own it half a century later.
Along with two more, there are over 400 other classic cars
and approximately 65 motorcycles.
Rodger has amassed what he claims is the largest car
collection in the UK by purchasing whatever catches his eye.
Rodger Dudding, now 81, owns 14,000 lock-up garages in the
midlands and south-east of England, and he’s still collecting classic cars.
His collection includes 24 Aston Martin Lagondas, accounting
for 4% of total production.
Rodger’s collection includes around 65 motorcycles in
addition to his 420 cars. Some are uncommon, while others are more common – and
then there’s this one-of-a-kind 48-cylinder Kawasaki.
See below some of the cars in his expansive garage.
Jensen FF: One of three FFs that Rodger now owns, an FF was
also his first collector’s car. That FF was fully restored in the early 1990s
and is still in his collection. Each FF is equipped with a 6.3-liter Chrysler
V8 engine, four-wheel drive, and Dunlop mechanical anti-lock brakes.
